When we heard that our hero John Oliver was leaving The Daily Show to start his own gig, we immediately jumped on the phone.

After a series of spirited discussions, HBO awarded us the logo design, show open and graphics package for the debut season of "Last Week Tonight with John Oliver." The opening sets John apart in the genre, balancing the humor and wit with the show’s weekly take on global politics and pop culture.
